The results of the Best New Product Awards study are based on feedback in the BrandSpark Canadian Shopper Study from consumers in Canada which may include readers of Canadian Living and Coup de Pouce as well as non-readers and do not reflect the opinions of Best New Product Awards Inc., BrandSpark International or TC Media. The winner of each category is determined by consumer voting based on a proprietary methodology developed by BrandSpark International using Consumer Appeal and Purchase Intent among people who had previously purchased the product. Winners are determined by the highest numerical scores, which are not necessarily statistically significant.Consumers’ experiences with the winning products may vary. Winners are selected based on the products that were entered into the competition and are not necessarily reflective of the total market. Winners must state the category of the win in which the product was entered. The Best New Product Awards program is owned and managed by Best New Product Awards Inc. The Canadian Living and Coup de Pouce trademarks are used under license to Best New Product Awards Inc. Neither Best New Product Awards Inc., BrandSpark International nor TC Media warrant or represent that any individual consumer experience will be consistent with the results of the survey. Since Best New Product Awards Inc., BrandSpark International and TC Media only report the results from the Best New Product Awards consumer survey (part of the BrandSpark Canadian Shopper Study), none warrant nor represent the quality or satisfaction with, or efficacy or safety of, any individual product.
